1. General Terms

  • Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
  • Refunds requested after 14 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and follow instructions provided in your payment confirmation email, or
  • Contact us directly at support@repuai.live with your order details (email address used for purchase, transaction ID, and reason for refund request).

3. Processing

Once your request is received:

  • We verify eligibility according to the 14‑day policy.
  • Paddle will process the refund using the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days for card payments and within 48 hours for PayPal transactions.

4. License and Access

When a refund is approved and processed:

  • Your license or account access related to the refunded product will be revoked.
  • You must delete any downloaded materials obtained under that license.

5. Exceptions

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Services already rendered or digital outputs generated before the refund request
  • Partial subscription periods already used
